Russia has ordered Ukrainian troops in Mariupol to lay down their arms and surrender within two hours if they are to survive.

In the video, you can see a Ukrainian soldier attacking a Russian military vehicle with a missile, exactly as he was about to hit the Russian vehicle, excitedly saying yes.
Russia, meanwhile, has redoubled its efforts to seize the cities of Donetsk and Luhansk in eastern Ukraine.
