The Salvadoran Chancellor also signed a Bilateral Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Salvadoran Water Authority and the General Directorate of Irrigation of the Argentine province of Mendoza (west), for the exchange of knowledge, the generation and exchange of information, technology and research that contribute to the conservation, protection, improvement, use and comprehensive use of water resources.
The Minister of Culture of El Salvador, Raúl Neftalí Castillo, and the director of the Mariano Moreno National Library of Argentina, Susana Soto Pérez, also signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the cultural, heritage and archival fields.
