Hapoel Gilboa/Galil is not in a good situation. The staff is unable to connect and the team is at 11:2 deep in last place in the table and without a permanent coach, when Rami Hadar was fired two seasons ago.
The person who is expected to fill the position is Ariel Beit Halami, who resigned from Eilat after the 11th cycle. The 56-year-old coach, who twice won the European Championship for reserve teams between 2018-2019, will return for a second term at the Northern club, where he coached between 2015-2019 before moving to Hapoel Tel Aviv.
Even last time he came to the team, it was in a place of relegation, but he was unable to prevent it. He stayed at the club and brought it back up within one season and managed to reach the playoffs once in the 2017/18 season.
