Future agreement underlines the importance of the social partnership for the Vienna location

Vienna (OTS/SWV Vienna) “Once again Mayor Dr. Michael Ludwig that he understands the Viennese economy and provides precise support. The Future Agreement 2022-2025 presented today is an important signal to the city’s entrepreneurs: Coordination between the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and the political leadership will be further intensified. At the end of the day, everyone will benefit from this,” says Marcus Arige, President of SWV Vienna and Vice President of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce, in a first reaction.

“We are particularly pleased that numerous suggestions from the Social Democratic Business Association of Vienna have been accepted. As before, we will continue to pass on our expertise on future topics to Mayor Dr. Bring in Michael Ludwig.”, announces Arige.

Right time to set points

Among the 10 future fields presented, SWV WIEN EPU, start-ups, apprenticeship training and the expansion of advice in the course of operating systems are of great importance. EPU and start-ups in SWV WIEN are a focus of work this year. Start-ups are looked after at the highest level by the state director of SWV WIEN Elisabeth Hakel, who was the SPÖ spokesperson for start-ups when she was National Councillor. “We are currently building a start-up platform within SWV WIEN and are in close contact with representatives of the industry. Our aim must be to make Vienna the economic start-up metropolis in the CEE region,” concludes Hakel.
