In the crew of the Boeing 737-800, commanded by General Leobardo Ávila Bojórquez, is the major surgeon Ana Berenice Domínguez Enciso, a specialist in aerospace medicine.
“It is an honor for me to be able to come to Israel to help our fellow citizens. My duty at this moment is to monitor their health, before and during the transfer,” explained Domínguez Enciso.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) reported that the Army specialist “will support the compatriots to ensure their health prior to the repatriation flight and during the journey, until they arrive in Mexican territory.”
“The teamwork of the SRE and the Secretariat of National Defense strengthens the repatriation plan for Mexicans who wish to return to our country from Israel or Palestine,” indicated the Foreign Ministry headed by Alicia Bárcena.
After preparing for the return, Mexican people who are in Israeli territory or Palestine will be able to return home on this first plane, while the second flight is on the way to continue with the repatriation plan.
