Army Helicopter crash: Coonoor helicopter crash kills 13, only one survives

Chennai: 13 killed in Ooty Coonoor helicopter crash The Air Force confirmed that there were 14 people on board the helicopter. The country is awaiting official information about the tragedy. He was taken to a military hospital in Wellington. His wife Madhulika Rawat was also in the helicopter.

The accident took place at Katteri Park, five kilometers from Coonoor. The tragedy occurred just before landing. According to the latest reports, 13 of the 14 people on board the helicopter were killed. All the bodies were cremated. The news agency ANI said it would conduct DNA tests to identify the bodies and bodies of the dead.

Earlier in the day, an emergency cabinet meeting was convened to discuss and assess the incident. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is closely monitoring the situation. The Minister of Defense is briefing the Prime Minister. A high-level meeting is currently being held in Delhi under the chairmanship of senior Army officials.

The helicopter took off from the airport in Sulur around 12.10 pm. He left to address the latest cadets at Military College, Wellington. The event was at 2.45 p.m. Wellington is not far from the airport in Sulur. But there was heavy fog in Wellington. The helicopter flew back after it was discovered that it could not land here. The helicopter caught fire 10 km from the helipad and crashed in the sky. The helicopter crashed into the ground with its nose.
