With work boots, leather jacket, sunglasses and shovel: actor Arnold Schwarzenegger and helpers removed a pothole on a street in Los Angeles.
The former governor of California posted the video on Twitter. To this he wrote:
“Today, after the whole neighborhood was upset about this huge pothole that’s been hampering cars and bikes for weeks, I went out with my team and patched it up.”
And further: “I always say, let’s not complain, let’s do something about it, please.”
The neighborhood seems grateful to the famous actor.
However, the city of Los Angeles is less than pleased with the action.
According to a statement, the deepening is not a pothole, but rather a maintenance ditch for authorized work by a gas company.
