Flavors, aromas and warmth flood the Naucalli Park with the Second Cultural Festival of Wine and Cheese that concluded on April 28, where 120 exhibitors and 30 artisans, mainly from Naucalipa, from Guanajuato and Peru, offered high quality products for the whole family .
National and international wines, different types of cheeses, gastronomy and various crafts were present at the festival, which in its first edition brought together about 12 thousand people and left an economic impact of nine million pesos.
“In addition to a great gastronomic experience, this festival is an opportunity to promote the economic reactivation of Naucalpan through the promotion of tourism, family integration and the cultural wealth of various states of the Republic and sister countries,” said Favio Eliel Calderón. Bárcenas, municipal president of the Ministry of Law, when inaugurating the event.

The festival aims to become a space for regional leisure and recreation, in addition to promoting the culture of wine and cheese tasting and showing crafts that are made in Naucalpan, as well as promoting economic reactivation and strengthening family integration through folkloric activities that promote tourism in the municipality.
For three days in the Central Plaza of Naucalli Park, music, dance, as well as flavors, prevailed, since the Casa del Vino developed a cultural artistic program and the state of Guanajuato held artistic presentations, book raffles and wine tasting, In addition, there are children’s spaces.
The inauguration of the event was witnessed by Luis Felipe Bravo Mena, representative of the state of Guanajuato in Mexico City; Carlos Rossi Covarrubias, Consul Minister of Peru in Mexico; Antonio Calvillo Ibarra, director of the Casa del Vino.
