Álvaro Abáigar Domínguez He has a degree in Law from the Public University of Navarra and has been a practicing lawyer since 2003. He joined ARPA in 2007 and since then has developed his professional career in the New Technologies and Regulatory Compliance Department. He has significant professional experience in advising on IT Law, Data Protection and Information Security, Intellectual and Industrial Property and regulatory compliance. He is a Data Protection Delegate under the Spanish Data Protection Agency Certification Scheme.
David Asín Martínez He has a degree in Law and Business Management and Administration from the Public University of Navarra and has been a practicing lawyer since 2008. He began his professional career in Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira as a tax lawyer. He joined ARPA in 2012 and has extensive experience in tax advice in the field of direct and indirect taxation, as well as local and international taxation. He also intervenes in business restructuring operations and the acquisition and transfer of companies. He is a regular speaker at conferences in different national forums and a member of several associations related to taxation and business.
Juan Torres Zalba He has a degree in Law from the University of Navarra and has been a practicing lawyer since 1999. He also has a master’s degree in Environmental Management. He joined ARPA in 2008, and today has extensive experience of 25 years in advising on matters related to Administrative Law: public procurement, environment, urban planning, public companies, renewable energies, administrative procedures, local administration, mining, expropriations, subsidies, administrative and judicial resources, etc. Likewise, he is Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Navarra.
