One of the victims is a 49-year-old doctor who was forced to make high-value bank transfers

Owner of a hotel in the area of the old bus station, Solange Padilha Ferreira, 32 years old, arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking, in addition to kidnapping and keeping a couple in private prison, managed to convert preventive detention (for an indefinite period) to home, with use of electronic anklet.
She went through a custody hearing, last Saturday (17), and proved to be the mother of a 6-month-old baby, who depends on her care, in addition to having two other children under the age of 18.
Police officers from the Denar (Specialized Police Station for the Repression of Drug Trafficking) arrived at the scene after denouncing drug trafficking and possible imprisonment.
She had the help of her partner, Thiago Henrique Vilalva Saavedra, 35 years old. With them, five portions of cocaine and two of marijuana were found, in addition to four cellular devices, a precision scale, card machine, kettle and R$ 457 in cash.
History – The 49-year-old psychiatrist was rescued on Thursday (15) along with her 23-year-old boyfriend, living in subhuman conditions at Solange’s house, in Vila Palmira, for about 1 month.
He said he was a drug user and came to Campo Grande to be treated for chemical dependency. He stayed at the clinic for 3 months and then returned to Paraguay to pick up his things. Afterwards, he went to Mato Grosso and then returned to Campo Grande to continue the treatment.
When he was in the Capital, he stayed at Solange’s hotel. That’s when she made the proposal to rent a room in her house for a more affordable amount. The victim accepted, but had to pay R$1,500, including food and clean clothes, but the doctor said that she ate only one meal a day and didn’t even have a bed, just a mattress. “In the sun [Solange] demanded that I make a transfer every week, but they were high amounts, there is a transfer of R$ 10,000,” said the victim.
Asked by the police if the amount was related to rent, he replied that it was not. “It was drugs. I bought base paste from her. She charged R$ 100 a gram. She said that I used it a lot and that’s why I should do high transfers ”, he vented.
Still according to the victim, he transferred about R$ 50 thousand to the woman, but she said that he still owed about R$ 90 thousand.
