The Rockers, who reported to Maurice Boucher during the biker war between 1994 and 2002, were very active during the conflict against the Rock Machine and independent traffickers, and disappeared after Operation Spring 2001.

Three and a half years ago, Bourgouin was targeted by an attempted murder. An individual shot him as he was leaving a restaurant in the borough of Saint-Léonard, after having shared a meal with a member of the Hells Angels and an associate of the latter.

At the same time, relatives of Bourgouin would also have had contracts on their heads. Under the vehicle of one of them, we had stuck a GPS device of the same type as those used by contract killers to know the whereabouts of their target.

In a press release issued last June during the final sweep of the Renouveau investigation, the SPVM announced that it had seized 20 kg of cocaine worth $ 1.4 million on the market, 218,000 methamphetamine tablets and quantities various of Xanax, mescaline and other narcotics.
