And she added that among the violations committed by the convict, and accordingly he was convicted by the Rusafa Criminal Court, which is specialized in examining cases of integrity, violations of the contract concluded between his ministry and the Thai company (PBI) in non-payment of the stamp duty, and the conclusion of a contract with the Nahr Al-Ali Contracting Company; For the purpose of leveling the academy’s land, he committed several violations that led to damage to public money, and when he was holding the position of security advisor in the Ministry of Electricity, he committed several violations by contracting with Al-Hadaj Company; To purchase a piece of land from the Ministry of Agriculture, whose ownership belongs to the Ministry of Finance, for (18) million Iraqi dinars per dunam; In order to establish a police academy.
