Arrival of high-speed train ‘Vande Bharat’: Chennai people excited

High speed train service ‘Vande Bharat’ has arrived in Chennai today. People are excited to see this ‘Vande Bharat’ train service which can run at a speed of around 130-73 kmph.

This train service is capable of covering a distance of 504 kilometers in 6 hours 40 minutes. Made a rehearsal trip from Chennai to Mysore today.

‘Vande Bharat’, hailed as the fastest train service on Indian Railways, has started its trial run from Chennai to Mysore. Also, they are planning to open this route to the public.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this service on November 11. At present it is running smoothly on 4 routes namely New Delhi, Varanasi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.

As the next phase of its journey, the fifth Vande Bharat train will run from Chennai to Mysore and the trial runs have been completed. People of Chennai who saw the high-speed train service stopped by it and took pictures.

This train service departs from Chennai Central at 5.50 am and runs at a speed of 130 km to Arakkonam. Also, it is said to reach Jollarpet at 8:50 AM and Bangalore Railway Station at 10:25 AM. It halts there for 5 minutes and then departs again at 10:30 and is expected to reach Mysore at 12:30.

This service again departs from Mysore to Chennai at 1 and arrives at Jollarpet at 4:45 pm. Then reach Chennai at 7:45 PM.
