Newcastle beat Arsenal thanks to Isaac’s quick-fire goal and put their opposition in doubt in their bid to challenge for the Premier League title.
Newcastle Arsenal won, whose “golden” scorer Issac managed to get the three points, which seriously undermined the title dreams of the “gunners”.
The game
Arsenal started the game looking to take the reins of the game, with Arteta’s side moving the ball around comfortably, but unable to threaten.
The “magpies”, however, scored in their first final, opening the scoring with Isak. From this point on, the people of London tried to respond, but without creating serious situations in the third attack to balance.
In the second half, the visitors’ possession percentages reached 70%, but Newcastle’s defensive function did not allow their opponents to find the way to the net, which celebrated a great victory.
Eddie Howe’s side were successful again after four league games and doubled their winning streak after qualifying for the League Cup against Chelsea on Wednesday.
On the other hand, Arsenal were winless for the third season in a row after losing to Bournemouth and drawing 2-2 with Liverpool in the derby.
