Professor Artemisa Monteiro, dean of Institutional and International Relations (Prointer) at the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusofonia (Unilab), was featured in the recent edition of the III International Congress of Higher Education, organized by the Federal University of Latino Integration -American (Unila). The event, which was attended by academic leaders and authorities, explored the “Challenges of Internationalization in Border Contexts and in International Universities”.
The pro-rector of Prointer played a prominent role in the round table entitled “Challenges of Internationalization in Border Contexts and in International Universities”. In the discussion, she shared her vast experience and perspectives on the internationalization process in the context of international universities, with a special focus on border universities.
During her participation in the event, Monteiro was involved in crucial work agendas. She met with the dean and pro-dean of Prointer/Unila, when strategies to strengthen bilateral relations between the two young universities were discussed.
