The Ministry of Production (PRODUCE) announced that The Government is evaluating the delivery of a new bonus of S/500 for artisanal fishermen and that this delivery would be directed to a second group of beneficiaries of the formal artisanal fishing sector.

In this regard, the owner of PRODUCE, Raúl Pérez Reyes reported that currently 88% of the beneficiaries of the first group of the bonus have already received S/500that is, out of a total of 35,000 fishermen, some 28,841 were already able to collect.
It should be specified that, The beneficiaries of this bond who have not yet received the subsidy have until April 30 to receive the payment.
“The collection of the bonus is until April 30 and we have an important advance. This money is useful as economic support for formal artisanal fishermen who have been affected by different factors.Perez stressed.
