in a Facebook post published last night, Heilo writes that she has received many questions regarding weather the trailer was locked when it was stolen. The woman from Haslum can confirm this.
– Many are asking if it was locked: Yes, absolutely, in several places and with a trailer lock, she writes.
Scrap and junk
Heilo herself tells Budstikka that she does not believe the thief knew what was in the trailer before it was stolen.
– This is problably someone who was just looking for a new trailer, she says.
yesterday, the artist shared that there were items in the trailer with a total value of over a million kroner.
Though, it is indeed not just the financial loss that stings for the artist. On Thursday morning, Heilo tells Budstikka that there are also items of great sentimental value that have been taken.

– Much of what is in the trailer is scrap and junk for others, but for me, these are things I have acquired over a long time. Many of the instruments are custom-made for me and easily recognizable, and will therefore be arduous to sell on, she says.
Thanks for the response
Heilo says she is overwhelmed and grateful for the response that has come since she reported the theft on Wednesday afternoon.
– When I saw the empty gap where the trailer had been yesterday, I felt so alone and on my own.I have tried to mobilize as much as I can, and I have received great help from all my little, clever detectives, says Heilo about the public.
On Thursday morning, the Facebook post where Heilo reported the theft had been shared over 38,000 times.
