The Arumugasami Commission is investigating the death of the late former First Minister Jayalalithaa. According to the Arumugasami Commission, 90 per cent of the 154 cases have been investigated so far.

Earlier, AIADMK co-ordinator Panneer Selvam had demanded that a commission be set up to probe into Jayalalithaa’s death. In that regard, after the formation of the Arumugasami Commission of Inquiry, O. Panneerselvam had been summoned 8 times so far to appear before the inquiry.

But for various reasons he has not been able to appear yet. In this situation, O. Panneerselvam appeared before Judge Arumugasami Commission operating at 11.30 am yesterday at the Chepauk Campus in Chennai. He was asked 78 questions during the 3-hour interrogation.

In this context, today, on the 2nd day, O Panneer Selvam Arumugasami appeared before the Commission of Inquiry. Sasikala’s party today cross-examined O Panneer Selvam. Then various sensational confessions o. Panneer gave wealth.

The investigation into O. Panneer Selvam has been completed today. O. Panneer Selvam has been asked 120 questions on behalf of the Commission, 34 questions on behalf of Sasikala and 11 questions on behalf of Apollo.
