With those articles, a person can be punished up to life imprisonment.

Official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). Some of them renounced Russian citizenship, and some had Armenian citizenship from the very beginning. As of today, none of them have Russian citizenship.”
Baku responded to Yerevan
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (MFA) issued a statement condemning the statement of the Armenian MFA.
