New Delhi: Delhi minister and AAP leader Atishi said that Arvind Kejriwal will be arrested in the next three to four days if he joins the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in alliance with the Congress or the Indian alliance. Atishi’s statement came amid reports that the Aam Aadmi Party-Congress alliance would reach its final stage in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

We have received a threat that Arvind Kejriwal will be arrested in the next few days if AAP does not leave the Indian alliance. Either on Saturday or Monday under Section 41A of CrPC, he will be arrested by CBI and ED. Atishi said the messengers are saying that the only way to avoid arrest of Kejriwal is for AAP to leave the opposition India alliance.

Meanwhile, the alliance talks between the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress in Delhi for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections are in the final stages. AAP will contest four of Delhi’s seven Lok Sabha seats, while the remaining three will go to its ally Congress. Congress and AAP leaders are in talks to form an alliance in states including Punjab, Gujarat and Haryana. It is noteworthy that Atishi has come forward with the allegation.
