Singer Kobi Oz was invited to a meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office, on the occasion of Naftali Bennett’s 50th birthday, which took place yesterday. Oz’s meeting provoked outrage on social media among Bennett’s opponents. “From today you are banned from my house. Every time I play in my playlist I take you down,” wrote one of the surfers. “I loved Kobe Oz’s songs. Today I’ll roll them in newspaper and throw them in a hell of a lot,” wrote another surfer.
My team surprised me for a birthday with someone I really, really like.
Thank you Kobe, thank you team of champions, you were thrilled.

Oz responded to the comments and wrote tonight (Saturday) on his Twitter account: “It is a great disgrace in statehood that I congratulate the Israeli Prime Minister on his birthday and they attack me as if I met Nasrallah. Water for their generations have done their best for the good of the nation. So calm down and let the leaders be respected properly. ”
It is a great disgrace in statehood that I congratulate the Prime Minister of Israel on his birthday and they attack me as if I had met Nasrallah. With all due respect to the political controversies – this government and the previous ones shared a lot of ministers and similarities – and all the leaders for their generations have done their best for the good of the nation. So calm down and let the leaders be properly respected.

MK Rotman responded to the tweet and wrote: “Kobe, I do not think you should be attacked. On the other hand, this government is not like the other governments, and this prime minister is not like the other prime ministers. This is the only government in the history of the State of Israel that was established by supporters of terrorism and people who are not interested in the State of Israel as the nation state of the Jewish people. It is not a matter of accepting equality. ”
