In Ganja, as part of the Xth Gəncliyin səsi (Voice of Youth) festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan in honor of Azerbaijan Youth Day, the exposition Gəncənin gəncləri (Youth of Ganja) was presented. The exhibition is presented at the Urbanism Center with the support of the Ganja State Philharmonic named after Fikret Amirov and the Ganja-Dashkesan Regional Department of Culture, the press service of the Philharmonic told Day.Az.
The exhibition of works by young artists, sculptors, photographers, and masters of folk arts and crafts was met with great interest. Among the guests were the head of the executive power of the city of Ganja Niyazi Bayramov, government and public figures, representatives of science and culture, creative intelligentsia and youth. The exposition continued with a concert program, and active youth were awarded certificates of honor.
The main goal of the Gəncliyin səsi festival is to increase the interest of young people in the creative field, as well as to identify talents. As part of the festival, a series of events were organized in Baku and in the regions of the country, covering such areas of art as music, theater, painting, and decorative and applied arts. With the participation of young people, concerts, puppet shows, creative fairs, and thematic exhibitions are held in Baku, Ganja, Gakh and Salyan.
