Ashad’s new appointment Ben Gvir Office: “This is a pre-planned round of appointments and not an impeachment”

The Minister of National Security MK Itamar Ben Gvir accepted the recommendation of the Commissioner of Police, R.N. Yaacov Shabtai, on the first round of appointments, out of a series of rounds that will take place in the near future.

Superintendent Avshalom Peled will be appointed to the position of Deputy Inspector General. Superintendent Amichai Ashad will be appointed to the position of head of the training division. To the position of R. Eto’av Tamma TNAZ Limor Noah and was promoted to the rank of superintendent.

In doing so, Ashad was actually removed from his position as commander of the Tel Aviv district, after failing to prevent the roadblocks.
