Ashok Leyland Reports 61% Jump in Net Profit in December Quarter

New Delhi: Hinduja Group flagship Ashok Leyland reported a 61 per cent jump in net profit in the December quarter.

A statement released by the company said:

The company’s net profit for the 3rd quarter of the current financial year from October to December last year is Rs 580 crore. This was Rs 361 crore in the same period of the previous financial year 2022-23. In comparison, the company has now registered a net profit growth of 61 percent.

The company’s operating revenue rose to Rs 9,273 crore during the assessment month. This was Rs 9,030 crore in the October-December 2022 quarter, the report said.
