Thus, this extraordinary general meeting, which was preceded by an ordinary general meeting (AGO), unanimously approved the proposals with the name change, the press release said. According to the same source, ASMEX President, Hasan Şentici, presented the ethical report during the AGM and expressed his satisfaction with the progress made by the export sector in general and its representative organization, the press release said.
And to continue that the export sector, a true engine of the national economy, has made a decisive contribution to mitigating the shock of climate-related threats and keeping the national economy on a positive growth trend.
To support this dynamism, ASMEX has worked to provide the sector with the necessary support and support in two key areas, namely “improving competitiveness factors” and “providing support services enabling rapid and efficient upgrading”, the press release states.
In addition, the AGO took note of the financial report which reflects the good health of ASMEX. After a rich and relevant discussion, the Assembly unanimously adopted the ethical and financial reports and also granted leave to the Executive Office and the Board of Directors to manage the 2023 fiscal year.
