jpnn.com – SENTANI – State Civil Apparatus (ASN) are reminded not to add to the holidays set by the government for Eid 2024.

This warning was conveyed, among other things, by the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Jayapura Papua Regency, Hana S Hikoyabi.

According to him, adding holidays could affect services to the community.

“We think the Eid holiday given is long enough, 8-15 April 2024, so there is no reason for ASN to add more holidays,” said Hana S Hikoyabi in Sentani, Monday (15/4).

According to Hana, there are many things that must be done after the Eid holiday in providing services to the community in 139 villages and five sub-districts.

“We still have to strengthen programs regarding extreme poverty for indigenous Papuans and handling stunting or slow growth for toddlers in Jayapura Regency,” he said.

He reminded ASN within the Jayapura Regency Government (Pemkab) not to add holidays for any reason.

“After entering, tomorrow, Tuesday, I will check the heads of regional organizations who do not enter so that they will be given sanctions,” he said.
