On Saturday afternoon at 15:00, the police received a call regarding a fight in an apartment located in Byttorp in Borås. Apparently, a man in his 30s assaulted a woman of the same age. Upon arriving at the scene, the patrol caught the man who was trying to run away from the apartment and arrested him. The man was taken to the Borås police station. The woman was transported by ambulance to the emergency room, but there were no reported injuries at the time of writing. – We received an alarm that there was a fight in an apartment. When we arrive at the scene, there is a man running from the apartment, but the patrol catches up quite quickly and arrests him, says Niki Vasiliadis, on-call preliminary investigation manager in Borås.
The man was taken to the Borås police station.
The woman was taken by ambulance to the emergency room. At the time of writing, there are no injuries to the woman.
