The Assembly did not approve the inclusion in the agenda of a resolution supporting State Attorney Diana Salazar this Thursday, March 7, 2024. The votes were not enough to support the motion of one of the Construye assembly members.

The supporting document was going to be included in the agenda for this Thursday, March 7.

With the opposition of Correismo and several absences, the Assembly did not give way to debate the resolution that sought to support the work of the National Prosecutor for her work in the fight against drug trafficking groups and mafias.

The request was presented to the president of the National Assembly Henry Kronfle at the initiative of the Construye assemblyman, Paúl Buestán.

In the middle of the vote to approve or reject the request, several absences were recorded in the plenary session of the National Assembly.

The request was not granted despite the insistence of the assembly members of the Construye bench. One of them is Ana Galarza who spoke through her account on the social network X.
