Currently, the TCE judge, Fernando Muñoz, is processing the complaint against four members of the Council for Citizen Participation and Social Control (Cpccs).

The four campaigned under the colors of the Citizen Revolution, with the intervention of the leader of Correísmo and former president Rafael Correa.

They are known as the counselors of the “Blue League”.

The former candidates for the Cpccs, Pamela Troya and Santiago Becdach They filed a complaint against these advisers because, like the dismissed Alembert Vera, they had received support from Correa.

The complaint was accepted for processing by the TCE and is being handled by Judge Fernando Muñoz, who postponed the hearing at the request of another complainant.

All three are seeking a sanction for serious electoral violations.
