Astronix Company (Eastronics) Enters the field of construction and integration projects of cloud-based enterprise communication networks (SD-WAN). The company reported the signing of an agreement for cooperation with the Israeli company “B Broadband Technologies” (BBT.live), For the provision of cloud-based secure communications solutions, which will be based on the software technology (SaaS) of Bee Technologies, and on end units and integration services that Astronics will provide. Under the agreement, the two companies will market the solution together, implement it and provide customer support.
Astronix represents and distributes products and solutions of large technology companies, including: Microsoft Embedded, Advantech, Lenovo, Kontron, Micron, Western Digital and Intel. In addition, it provides turn-key integration services that include assistance in defining architecture and selecting the appropriate building blocks, at the processor, communication, interface, storage methodologies, operating systems, software aspects and more. The director of components and embedded systems at Astronix, Doron Eitan, said that the new solution will combine BBT technology with Intel, Lenovo and Advantech products.
BBT’s founder and CEO, Moshe Levinson, said the synergy between the two companies would allow them to develop a new market in the country. BBT has developed a cloud-based software platform that enables the provision of broadband connectivity between offices, branches, and remote home offices. It is based on technology that enables the creation of an encrypted private network automatically on various infrastructures, such as the Internet, cellular and dedicated lines. An artificial intelligence module on the platform helps the network to make smart decisions dynamically regarding information routing, network utilization and more. The system is managed from the cloud, and includes setting a routing policy and disseminating information in accordance with the organization’s policy.
