ASUS today announced the smartphone Zenfone 11 Ultra which will already be available in Israel in a 16/512 gigabyte configuration at a price of 4,499 shekels. The smartphone will be available towards the end of this month/beginning of April when it will arrive in black and blue color.
This year ASUS decided to go big and launch a flagship smartphone with a large structure similar to the other competitors. This is probably why the company chose to brand it under “Ultra”. If you are wondering if there will also be a “regular” model in a small format in the future, as was the case with the last fins, it is currently unknown.

How big did Asus go? in almost every parameter. The Zenfone 11 Ultra screen has grown from 5.9 inches to 6.78 E6 LTPO inches. The ratio of the display to the body of the device increased from 90% to 94% percent. As a result, the display margins are 1.67 mm instead of 2.05 mm. The screen has an LTPO refresh rate of 120 Hz and during gameplay it reaches a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The smartphone battery has also increased accordingly and is now a 5,500 mAh battery instead of 4,300 mAh in the previous generation. The battery comes with wired charging of 65 watts and wireless charging of 15 watts.

The camera array has also increased and now includes 3 cameras, with the main one being a 50-megapixel camera based on the Sony IMX890 sensor and including a built-in gimbal stabilizer. The second camera is 13 megapixels for wide shots and the third is 32 megapixels with 3X optical zoom. The selfie camera is a 32 megapixel camera.

Today it is no longer possible to announce a new smartphone without announcing artificial intelligence capabilities built into it. The storm started by Samsung continues and has spread to all manufacturers and Asus is also in the fray. The Zenfone 11 Ultra comes with several capabilities that include AI such as automatic translation of conversations, smart home wallpaper, noise cancellation with the help of artificial noise, search with AI and more. At the moment the options are still inactive and we will have to see when they are launched to consumers which languages they will support.
