In Inaugural Session of the Third Legislature of Congressthe secretary of Local government, Ricardo Ruiz, He explained that the preferential initiative was formally presented by the capital’s leader, at the express request of the next head of government, Clara Brugada.

“It is a single initiative, a preferential initiative where there is a change to the Organic Law of the Executive Branch to modify the secretariats, specifically the creation of several secretariats and the modification of others,” explained Ricardo Ruiz.
Regarding the creation and modification of various secretariats, he said that it will be the one Clara Brugada the one in charge of disclosing all the details in this regard, both the tasks they will perform and the way in which they will interact with existing departments.
