While the Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, chosen by Vivendi to take over Editis, must patiently wait for Brussels to recognize him as “suitable acquirer“. His right arm in business in Paris, Denis Olivennes, who should take the presidency of Editis, therefore has no right to meddle in the affairs of the group’s 54 publishing houses (Julliard, Robert Laffont, Plon, Nathan, Les Presses de la Cité…), before officially obtaining the keys to the château.
