At least 13 Syrian soldiers killed in suspected IS attack – Syria

Damascus – At least 13 soldiers were killed in an attack on Syrian government troops on Sunday. The jihadist militia Islamic State (IS) attacked a bus with the soldiers in the desert of Palmyra, reported the official news agency Sana and spoke of 13 dead and 18 injured. The IS did not initially claim responsibility for the attack.
