At the Paris Air Show, drones catch the eye

They do not have the honors of a flight demonstration at Paris Air Show in Seine-Saint-Denis (open to the general public until Sunday), but drones of all types have already acquired a solid reputation on the borders of Europe. During the last edition in 2019, professional visitors with stripes passed without stopping in front of the Israeli, Turkish or Chinese stands filled with these UAVs (“Unmanned Aerial Vehicle” or “flying machine without humans on board”). The operational deployments of reconnaissance and attack drones, from the beginning of the war in Ukraine, and the entry into service of kamikaze drones have modified these balances.
