/ An American newspaper revealed, on Thursday, the arrest of a citizen who committed a “horrific crime” by beheading his father and filming him in a video clip on YouTube, while describing his father as a “traitor”, attacking the Biden administration and demanding the killing of all American federal officials.

Police in Pennsylvania have charged a man with murder after he beheaded his father and posted a video on YouTube of himself holding the head in a plastic bag.

The New York Times said the man, Justin Mohn, was arrested Tuesday night after his father’s body was found in a Pennsylvania home.

Police said Mohan’s mother called them around 7 p.m. Tuesday and reported that her husband had been found dead.

Police said the victim was found in the bathroom of the home in Levittown, about 20 miles (32 kilometers) northeast of Philadelphia.

Police have not released the victim’s age, but public records show he was 68.

Before his arrest, Mohan appeared in a video on his YouTube account holding his father’s head in a plastic bag and promoting anti-government views and conspiracy theories.

According to NBC, Mohan, 32, appeared in the video saying that his father was a federal employee for 20 years and referring to him as a traitor.

In the video, Mohan also called for the killing of all federal officials and attacked the administration of US President Joe Biden, the Black Lives Matter movement and the LGBT community.

YouTube removed the video, which is more than 14 minutes long, about five hours after it was posted.

Middletown Township Police Chief Joseph Bartorella said Mohn was arrested at Fort Indiantown Gap, more than 110 miles from the crime scene.
