Palakkad: Strong action will be taken in the ongoing murders in Palakkad, said Minister K. Krishnankutty. He said all the accused in both the cases would be arrested within two days.
As soon as he came to know about the murder, Chief Minister Pinarayi contacted Vijayan. The Chief Minister has directed to take strong action. New troops have also been sent to Palakkad. We need to save lives. The police must move with a strong repressive nature. It will have to use force. “We need to find the root cause and catch them,” he said.
Special attention will be given to finding places where this is likely to happen. He added that the decision to convene an all-party meeting would be taken after consultation with the Chief Minister.
It is an attempt to bring about communal riots. Things are going to turn the country into two slums. It will affect everyone. The minister also warned everyone to be vigilant.
