by time news

In the petition, filed through attorneys Uri Keidar and Sally Gossus of the Central District Attorney’s Office (civil), the state argued that there was no need for expropriation, since the land was in any case under public designation. Regarding the desire of the Singing Council to unite the middle school with the high school, it is stated, among other things, that “if the justification is that one of the buildings of the school is used by the middle school singer, then this does not justify expropriation. “By the state – there is no place for the expropriation of the land by the local authority, which has no practical purpose, and may make it difficult for the school to develop.”
