jpnn.comJAKARTA – Investigators from the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General’s Office are still continuing to investigate Harvey Moeis’ assets, which are related to the alleged corruption case in the tin trade system in the PT Timah Tbk Mining Business License (IUP) area for 2015 to 2022.

The Attorney General’s Director of Jampidsus Investigations, Kuntadi, said that all assets related to the tin corruption case would be traced, including the private jet that suspect Harvey Moeis had bought for his son.

“We are still investigating, is that true or not? Yes, we are sure that if there is a connection, whether the ownership is true or hidden, we will definitely pursue it,” said Kuntadi in Jakarta, Friday (19/4).

Previously, Jampidsus investigators had confiscated a number of assets belonging to Harvey Moeis, including a black Rolls Royce luxury car and a red Mini Cooper S Countryman F60 with the license plate number B 883 SDW. There are other Velfire and white Lexus cars, as well as luxury watches that are being tested for authenticity.

Kuntadi said that his party was still examining these assets.

After processing, it is then handed over to the Attorney General’s Asset Recovery Agency.

“It’s still in process. We are coordinating with the Asset Recovery Agency because the items will then be handed over to the Asset Recovery Agency,” he said.

According to Kuntadi, investigators looked at every piece of information in tracing the suspects’ assets, including Harvey Moeis’ private jet, which had been uploaded on social media. “Yes, basically we will pay attention to all information and we will respond to it according to its portion,” he said.
