Given the apparent blows to the face of the Cuban Julio César Llorente López, accused of hitting an agent of the General Directorate of Traffic Safety and Land Transportation (Digesett), he was not received in the jail of the New City Courthouse .
According to what his lawyer, José Hoepelman, denounced, the man was taken from the detachment where he was to the Ciudad Nueva Palace of Justice prison, where they did not want to receive him because of the blows he presented.
This Friday afternoon, a writ of habeas corpus was scheduled for his “immediate release” to be executed for having been “illegally arrested” and receiving “police assaults.” This instance is different from the measure of coercion for beating the Digesett officer.
