We worked closely with Santander Argentina to design a solution so that car dealership sales representatives could help customers apply for a car loan, just by filling out a digital form. Accenture and Santander implemented a comprehensive software-as-a-service solution, encompassing the technology platform, cloud hosting, digital channels, and back-office operations.
The solution enables Santander Argentina to increase its efficiency and loan processing capacity through smart technologies such as digital workflows, an automatic rules engine, robotic process automation (RPA) and optical character recognition. Dealership employees access the system through a mobile app that represents an optimized customer journey.
