The Italian newspaper “Corriere della Sera” has exclusively published some passages from the Pope’s autobiography. In it he writes about his ideas, plans and his family.
Pope Francis has written an autobiography. “It is true that the Vatican is the last absolute monarchy in Europe.” In the 2013 conclave in which he was elected Pope, there was a great desire “to change things, to give up certain attitudes that, unfortunately, still do not exist today disappear,” the Pope writes about his opponents.
This can be read in an advance publication of some passages that the Italian daily newspaper “Corriere della Sera” published in advance on Thursday. “There are always those who try to slow down reform, those who would prefer to remain stuck in the times of the Pope-King.”
