Hollywood: After a gap of 13 years, Pandora’s Mayakazhal, which hit the theaters in 2022, became the biggest money-grosser of 2022. The film, released on December 18, has become the highest-grossing film of 2022 as of Wednesday.

Avatar 2 has grossed $454 million in the US as of Wednesday, according to The Hollywood Reporter. And it crossed 1 billion at the international box office. Overall, the film’s collection crossed 1.51 billion on Wednesday.
With this collection, ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ became the 10th highest grossing film of all time. ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ is the second highest-grossing film after the Covid era. Spider-Man: No Way Home is in first place. Released in 2021, the film collected $1.916 billion.
Produced by Paramount, ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ is set to release in May 2022. Tom Cruise’s aviation action flick has grossed $1.49 billion worldwide.
In the first week of ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’, the film world did not have high expectations about the film. The first day collection was 77 million.
