VTired of the long check-in process at airports? Don’t worry, you can now save your time with the fast check-in method at Delhi airport. Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has launched the beta version of the DigiYatra app on Android platforms, which will allow passengers to check-in faster through the airport’s terminal front, reports PTI.

This facility will be available at Delhi Airport from Monday. Linked to the boarding pass, face scanning will be used to identify you. Passengers can pass through various checkpoints at the airport through paperless and contactless processing.
In an official statement, the Delhi International Airport said that Terminal 3 of the Delhi International Airport has prepared fast check-in procedures. The trial of Digiyatra has already been done. Around 20,000 passengers have completed the check-in process smoothly and safely after using this new facility during trial sessions.

These 20,000 passengers submitted their biometrics and other details through Terminal 3 for their journey, PTI reported.
After that, they have to submit their details through this app. Once submitted, the information can be used for every journey through Delhi airport. How come you don’t need to submit all these details before each flight

PTA reported that the beta version of the DigiYatra app has been made available on the Android platform and will be available on iOS in a few weeks. Once the passenger downloads the app, they need to register their phone number and Aadhaar card details, then take a selfie, add vaccination details and scan their boarding pass.
