Kallakurichi: Puducherry Global Human Peace University has honored a social worker who has served for the economic advancement of hill women and transgenders in Chinnasalem with the ‘Manitaneya Mamanithar’ award. University founder and president of Bharat Seva Samaj People’s Forum Manuel presided over the award at Puducherry Kampan Art Gallery.
