Previously, Spotify had limited it to three lyrics per month last May.
Spotify took this step after the company received many protests from its users.
With this, Spotify free users can now see more song lyrics and this change will soon be enjoyed worldwide.
“At Spotify, we’re always testing and iterating. This means that the availability of our features can vary across tiers and across markets and devices,” a Spotify spokesperson said in a statement.
“In the coming weeks, we’ll expand the availability of lyrics to Spotify Free users, so people can see more lyrics globally,” he added.
However, until now Spotify is still keeping secret the additional monthly lyrics quota for free users, which will definitely be more than the previous quota of three songs per month.
Spotify had previously set the lyrics feature as a paid service, where users were required to pay to be able to view song lyrics without restrictions.
