The series with the masters in the kitchen Ivan Manchev and Dimitar Tonchev “Cook with Lidl” returns to YouTube starting September 5 with a new episode every Thursday.
The first episode will show us a recipe for eggplant with Bolognese sauce prepared by the smiling Mitko. Even in the official document there are several different variations of the sauce. For me, the answer to how it is prepared is – the way it tastes best to you”, says the famous chef.
During this season of “Cook with Lidl”, and after the successful tandem of Mitko and his mother Stefkafans of the series will be able to enjoy the cooking skills and various celebrity guests. Already in September, they will meet the lifestyle influencer Aya Minkova and the culinary blogger Miroslav Gochev.
Mitko and Aya unite around the recipe for easy fish meatballs with tartar sauce. These are suitable for both appetizer and main course. And if you are preparing school meals for your children, it is a great idea to diversify their menu with something really tasty and healthy.
“The photos went great, I assisted Mitko with cleaning the counter. As digital content creators, we quickly bonded”, shares Aya with a smile and hopes for new participations in the series.
Mitko, for his part, notes that he is always interested in talking to a person who has decided to reinvent cooking, because there is something new to learn both about food and about the person with whom you are cooking. “A recipe cooked together is a great way to get to know someone“, he adds.
With his second guest in the series in September, Mitko Tonchev believes that they have taken on a very valuable mission for everyone, and that is sharing culinary knowledge: “Anyone who has tried to impart knowledge and understanding knows that it is no easy task. That’s why I appreciate it so much when I see people who manage to clearly describe the steps in a recipe and every solution behind them so that anyone who receives this knowledge can benefit from it.”
In the episode, Miro Gochev offers his favorite recipe to Mitko and they both prepare a juicy chicken roll. “The shoot went very professionally, I credit that to the great team behind the recipe shoot. My experience of over 500 videos on Youtube also helped”Miro smiles and adds: “Mitko is super positive and always smiling, it’s the second time we’ve shot with him and I think we’re a great tandem, I hope we have the opportunity to cook together again soon because it’s always a pleasure to share experiences with him.”
