A meeting was held at the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency – AZPROMO with the Chinese delegation led by Vice-President of the Chinese Association for International Economic Cooperation (CAFIEC) and Director of the Committee on International Investment and Cooperation Wang Weiwei.

It was noted that at the meeting, AZPROMO Executive Director Yusif Abdullayev informed about the Agency’s activities, the favorable business environment created for investors, as well as the restoration processes carried out in the liberated territories. It was noted that AZPROMO is ready to provide comprehensive support in expanding the activities of Chinese companies in our country.
CAFIEC Vice President Wang Weiwei emphasized that the preferential mechanisms applied in the territories liberated from occupation further increase the attractiveness of the investment climate. Interest was noted in participating in restoration work in these territories and creating regional logistics warehouses in Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the possibilities of attracting investment in the pipe industry, the production of sanitary equipment and ceramic products, logistics in Azerbaijan, as well as the prospects for partnership in these areas, the implementation of investment projects and the development of joint activities.
