Today, a Memorandum of Understanding on the development and popularization of basketball was signed between the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation (ABF) and the Basketball Association of Montenegro.
As reported by İdman.biz, the memorandum was signed by ABF Vice President Farrukh Makhmudov and President of the Basketball Association of Montenegro Jelena Dubljevic.
The main goal of the cooperation will be the exchange of experience between the federations, the development of youth basketball, and the improvement of the quality of leagues for different age groups. In addition, the Memorandum of Understanding agreed to establish relations regarding programs for the exchange of experience between coaches and local players. After the signing ceremony of the memorandum, which will cover 2024-2026, Ms. Dublevich met with the basketball players who achieved success at the European Championship in the gym of the Azerbaijan Technical University. Congratulating the coaches and girls of our U-16 team, Ms. Dublevich wished them success in future competitions and basketball careers.
