In Azerbaijan, state fees are established for issuing licenses for activities in the field of payment services and payment systems.
As Day.Az reports, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the law “On State Duty”, which was discussed today at a meeting of the Milli Majlis (parliament).
According to the change, the state duty will be charged for the following types of activities in the field of payment services and payment systems: activities of a payment organization – 2,000 manats, activities of an electronic money organization – 3,000 manats, activities of a payment system operator – 2,500 manats.
After discussion, the amendment was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
